At Tejoré, each piece is handcrafted in small batches and carefully packed with the utmost attention. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy, subject to the terms outlined below.


1. No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

All purchases made on tejore.co.in are final.


2. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect fragrance selection

  • Personal preference

  • Minor variations inherent to handcrafted products

We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order.


3. Fragile Items & Delivery Handling

Our products are delicate and are packed with utmost care using protective materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

All matters relating to fragile items, transit handling, and delivery-related issues are governed by the Fragile Items & Handling section outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Customers are advised to review the Shipping Policy before placing an order.


4. Non-Eligibility for Returns or Refunds

Returns, refunds, or replacements will not be offered in cases including but not limited to:

  • Issues reported after the stipulated time mentioned in the Shipping Policy

  • Damage occurring after delivery due to handling, storage, or use

  • Cosmetic imperfections or natural variations characteristic of handcrafted items

  • Orders successfully delivered in good condition as per courier records


5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not possible.
