By placing an order through our Website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and a smooth delivery experience for all orders.


1. General

All orders are subject to product availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory records, there may be rare instances where an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed.

In such cases, we will:

  • Fulfil available items in your order, and

  • Contact you regarding the unavailable item with the option to:

    • Await restocking, or

    • Receive a refund for the unavailable item


2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package weight and dimensions

Shipping charges are collected at the time of purchase and represent the final shipping cost payable by the customer for that order.


3. Fragile Items & Handling

Our products are delicate and carefully handcrafted. Each Tejoré order is packed with utmost care using protective materials to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

While we take every precaution to ensure your order reaches you safely, minor variations or damage caused during transit are beyond our control.

We encourage customers to inspect their parcel at the time of delivery. In case of visible damage to the outer packaging, please request the delivery partner to note the condition or refuse acceptance where possible.

Claims for transit-related damage must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs of the packaging and product. Each case will be reviewed individually to determine eligibility for resolution.


4. Delivery Coverage

4.1 Pan-India Shipping

We ship across India using trusted courier partners. Standard delivery timelines vary based on location.

4.2 Local Delivery (Selected Cities)

Local delivery is available for select pin codes in Mumbai and Surat.
Eligibility is determined automatically at checkout based on the delivery pin code.


5. Dispatch & Transit Time

5.1 Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

Our operations run Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.


5.2 Domestic Transit Time

Domestic shipments are generally delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on the destination.


5.3 International Transit Time

If international shipping is enabled, delivery timelines typically range between 7–22 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.


6. Change of Delivery Address

Requests to update the delivery address can be accommodated only before the order has been dispatched. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible.


7. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp or email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time.


8. Items Out of Stock

If an item in your order is out of stock after purchase:

  • The unavailable item will be cancelled and refunded

  • The remaining items will be dispatched as scheduled


9. Delays in Delivery

If your order exceeds the estimated delivery timeline, please contact us and we will initiate an investigation with the courier partner.


10. Damaged or Lost Parcels

10.1 Damaged in Transit

If a parcel arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please refuse delivery where possible, or

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and contents


10.2 Lost in Transit

In the event a parcel is deemed lost by the courier after investigation, we will offer:

  • A replacement (subject to availability), or

  • A refund


11. Duties & Taxes

11.1 Domestic Orders

Applicable taxes are included in product pricing as displayed on the Website.

11.2 International Orders

Customs duties, import taxes, or local charges (if applicable) are payable by the customer upon delivery. These charges vary by country and are outside our control.

If an international shipment is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, the order may be returned to us and a refund will be issued for the product value only, excluding shipping and return costs.


12. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. Please refer to our Returns Policy for further details.


13. Shipping Insurance

All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit as per courier partner terms.

Refunds or replacements for insured claims will be processed once the courier completes its investigation.
